A further illegal private E-Scooter has been seized this evening close to Halesowen Town Centre on the Belle Vale area. Private E-Scooters are illegal to be used on a Public road or public place without the rider being over 18 years old, have valid Insurance and Driving License. No Insurance company will issue cover for these mechanically propelled vehicles.
